BRSSD Board of Trustees Seeks Applicants for Trustee Area 5

The Belmont-Redwood Shores School District Board of Trustees is currently seeking applicants to fill a vacancy for Trustee Area 5, one of five areas that represent residents of the District.  This 4-year Board position will be filled by appointment by the current Board of Trustees after reviewing applications and interviewing eligible applicants.

Applicants must meet all of the following qualifications: 

  1. 18 years of age or older,

  2. a citizen of the State of California,

  3. a resident of BRSSD Trustee Area 5,

  4. a registered voter, and

  5. not legally disqualified from holding civil office.

Completed applications must be returned no later than 3pm on Wednesday, October 7, 2026.  Applications should be submitted to the Executive Assistant to the Superintendent Kirsten Ellinger either (1) in person at the District Office at 1075 Old County Rd, Ste D, Belmont, CA or (2) by email to kellinger@brssd.org.
