  • Sealed bids will be received until 3:00pm on April 30, 2024 at the District Office (2960 Hallmark Drive, Belmont, CA 94002, Attn: Rui Bao) at or after which time the bids will be opened and publicly read aloud. Any bid that is submitted after this time shall be nonresponsive and returned to the bidder.
